Application
Take Bio-Kult with a glass of (spring) water, preferably before breakfast and/or before going to sleep. You can also open the capsules and stir the contents into your favorite cold drink. Can be stored at room temperature.

Quantity and dosage
Take 1 to 2 capsules once or twice a day with a glass of (spring) water, preferably before breakfast or before going to sleep. Children up to the age of 12 may take 1 capsule of Bio-Kult daily. When you use a course of antibiotics, it is important to take the probiotics at least 2 hours after the antibiotics during the course in order not to damage the intestinal flora too much.
